The terms and conditions governing your use of Ashum.

These terms govern your use of the Ashum app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Ashum.
Ashum is a marketplace where property owners and agents publish listings and interested buyers and renters can find them. We are not a party to any sale or rental agreement, we do not act as your broker or legal adviser, and we do not own or inspect the properties listed.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may hold one account, and you must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password and your device secure. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
You may only publish a property you own or are authorised to advertise, and the details, price and photos must be accurate and your own to use. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and any later edit sends it back for review. We may decline or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, unlawful, or otherwise in breach of these terms.
You keep ownership of the text and photos you upload. By publishing them on Ashum you give us permission to host, display and distribute them within the app and in material promoting the listing, for as long as the listing is on the platform. You confirm that you hold the rights needed to give that permission.
Enquiries between buyers and sellers are passed through our team rather than exchanged directly. This mediation is a deliberate part of how Ashum works, and attempting to bypass it in order to solicit users off-platform is a breach of these terms.
Do not post false, fraudulent or misleading listings; do not impersonate another person or business; do not harass other users; do not upload unlawful content or anything you do not have the rights to; do not scrape, copy or bulk-extract listings; and do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Some features, such as promoting a listing for greater visibility, may be offered for a fee. Prices and what each option includes are shown before you commit. Paid promotion affects only how prominently a listing is shown; it is never a statement by us that the listing or its owner has been verified.
We may issue a warning, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law, or that puts other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why.
Listings are created by users, not by us. While our team reviews submissions, that review cannot confirm ownership, legal title, condition or the truth of every detail. Verify a property, its documents and the person you are dealing with independently before paying any money or signing anything.
We work to keep Ashum available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features.
To the extent the law allows, Ashum is not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between users, from your reliance on information in a listing, or from your inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using Ashum and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may end or restrict your access if you breach these terms. Deleting your account does not remove obligations you took on before deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, and disputes about them are subject to its courts.
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Ashum after an update means you accept the revised terms.
